Jared is a zealous litigator whose practice area includes constitutional, commercial, and civil litigation. As an experienced trial lawyer, Jared’s passion is defending the rights and reputations of others. Jared is also a published writer, writing on various constitutional issues facing this country.

Prior to joining the Binnall Law Group, Jared worked at two civil litigations firms while in law school. Jared is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case Western, Jared was a member of the mock trial team and became the first member in recent school history to take first and second place in consecutive competitions. Jared was also a board member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Jared graduated cum laude in May 2021.

Prior to Jared’s legal career, he grew up in Buffalo, New York and attended the University of Buffalo where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies.

On the side, Jared enjoys volunteering to judge mock trial and moot court competitions and is involved in local Republican organizations.

Jared is licensed to practice law in the states of Virginia and Florida, as well as various federal courts around the country.
