Gerald Urbanek is a skilled and dedicated litigator whose practice focuses on constitutional and election law, commercial and construction disputes, general civil litigation, and criminal defense. He is known for his zealous advocacy and unwavering commitment to his clients, always ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.

Before joining Binnall Law Group, Gerald served for several years as a prosecutor with the Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. He later transitioned to private practice at a civil litigation firm, gaining substantial experience in AAA arbitrations, bench and jury trials, and plea negotiations.

During law school, Gerald clerked for the Virginia Court of Appeals and was selected by his peers to serve on the board of the Lynchburg Bar Association.

Gerald is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
