Liz joins Binnall Law Group with extensive knowledge and passion for the legal field. While a full-time student and Varsity athlete at Boston College, she still found time to assist the Dean of Academic Services of Boston College Law School, as well as serve as the legal assistant to a prominent, boutique employment law firm in downtown Boston.  Once Liz graduated – with a degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern studies – she moved to Washington, D.C. to begin working as a member of the paralegal team specializing in Intellectual Property litigation at Kirkland & Ellis.Liz previously served as Paralegal for Government Accountability Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which supports, and defends whistleblowers. During her tenure, she worked to bolster the litigation and legislative department’s education and communications initiative, which focused on both client, and congressional outreach. Additionally, she drafted legislation aimed at furthering protections for whistleblowers’ rights, and authored research proposals that would be approved for federal grant funding.Most recently, Liz took a step outside of the traditional legal space and worked closely with the CEO of a boutique communications firm in Washington, D.C. She gained experience within the private and federal spheres of the communications world, before returning to litigation.
