Austin Appleby is an attorney with deep experience across multiple facets of the policymaking process, particularly in the natural resources and energy sectors. A graduate of The George Washington University Law School, he most recently served on Capitol Hill, advising on legislative and regulatory matters related to public lands, energy, and environmental policy. Before that, he spent time at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, focusing on financial regulation, and at an energy-focused trade association, where he navigated complex industry policy issues.
As a member of the District of Columbia Bar, Austin combines legal expertise with a strategic understanding of government affairs, helping clients effectively engage with the proper decision makers.
